Have you wanted to learn what meditation is about? Have you wondered how to begin? Or perhaps you have wanted to deepen our practice and connect with others interested in meditation practice?

Naropa University will be offering a weekly series on mindfulness meditation practice. Each session will include guided meditation and talk given by experienced faculty on the view and practice of mindfulness, its application, and ways to integrate it into everyday life.

Scientific research demonstrates that mindfulness meditation enhances health and well-being for people of any beliefs or background. For more than forty years, Naropa University has been a leader in mindfulness meditation training and contemplative education and is delighted to share the benefits of the practice with anyone.
